90bdt Terms and Conditions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below. These definitions apply in both singular and plural forms.

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" — The 90bdt website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person registered on or using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal gaming account.
• "Funds" — Money deposited into or earned within an account.
• "Bonus" — A promotional benefit or additional credit provided under specific conditions.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, payment transactions, promotions, and customer support on the 90bdt platform. Individual game rules may apply separately and should be read alongside these general Terms.

90bdt is open only to individuals who meet all the eligibility criteria listed below.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a region where online gaming or betting is permitted under applicable law.
• You may only hold one active account.
• You must play under your own name and using your own funds.
• You are not an employee of 90bdt or an immediate family member of one.

2.2 Age Verification

90bdt may request relevant documentation for age verification at any time. 90bdt reserves the right to temporarily restrict an account until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited.

When creating an account on 90bdt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.1 Registration Information

• You must provide your real full name, a valid mobile number, and your correct date of birth.
• If any of the information you provided changes, you must notify the 90bdt support team immediately.
• One person may not create multiple accounts — this is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with a third party or allowing unauthorized access to your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. 90bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless the loss is directly caused by our own error.

90bdt supports transactions through the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted on 90bdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same limit applies for each payment method).
• Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit has been successfully confirmed.
• If you experience any issue with a deposit, please contact the support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

90bdt offers various promotional offers for new and existing users. Each bonus offer has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 reaches the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are applicable once only (per person / household / device / IP address).
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion description explicitly allows it.
• 90bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of bonus fraud or misuse, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

90bdt's VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Diamond. You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming.

All games on 90bdt are supplied by third-party game providers. The individual rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms and a Random Number Generator (RNG). Once a game round has started, it cannot be cancelled. If a game does not complete due to a technical error, the bet amount for that game will be refunded to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting markets may change over time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final. 90bdt reserves the right to restrict betting on any event or suspend a market.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

90bdt will not be liable for any loss to a transaction or game caused by an internet disconnection or device failure. However, in the case of a server-side error, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 90bdt platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating or creating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Fraudulent coordination or collusion with other users.
• Hacking, manipulation, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Playing on behalf of or using the funds of a third party.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about the platform.

8.1 Suspension by 90bdt

90bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected bonus fraud or platform misuse.
• Account verification information is found to be false or incomplete.
• There is suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor.
• Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Any outstanding funds (subject to valid wagering requirements being met) will be returned to the user before the account is closed.

90bdt makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

9.1 Matters Outside Our Liability

• Loss caused by a disruption to the user's own internet connection.
• Issues caused by delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized use resulting from negligent handling of account credentials.
• Financial loss arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Temporary unavailability due to unplanned server maintenance.

9.2 Service Assurance

90bdt works to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. Advance notice will be given for planned maintenance where possible. However, 90bdt is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.
